At Luna Rose Designs we want you to be happy with your purchase.  Your product However, due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.

Each piece is handmade, so minor variations and small imperfections may occur — these are part of its unique character. The individual wraps or decals shown on all products are not made or produced by Luna Rose Designs are a product of another company which makes Luna Rose Designs not responsible for any damage that may occur after the product has reached its destination. Your item will arrive with simple, easy-to-follow care instructions. Luna Rose Design will not be held responsible for any sudden damage or breakages at its final destination.
