PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
All our tumblers are personalised and made to order using UV DTF designs. Because each item is individually made, slight variations in placement, colour, texture or finish may occur. These are a normal characteristic of handmade/custom products and are not considered defects.
Please check your order carefully before purchasing. This includes spelling, names, wording, colours and any other personalisation details. We will make your item exactly according to the information/design provided or approved by you.Once production has started, personalised/custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed unless agreed by Luna Rose Designs.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS – IMPORTANT

🧼 Hand-wash only.

❌ Do not place the tumbler or mug in a dishwasher.

❌ Do not soak for prolonged periods.

❌ Do not use abrasive sponges or harsh cleaning products.

❌ Do not microwave.

Glass tumbler: This is a glass product and is fragile. It can break or shatter if dropped, knocked against a hard surface or handled incorrectly. Please handle with care and keep away from children and animals unless appropriately supervised.

The UV DTF design should also be treated with care to help prevent lifting, scratching or damage. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and understood the care instructions and product information.

For personalised orders, please check all names, spelling, colours and other selections carefully before ordering.

We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes in personalisation information supplied by the customer.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a genuine problem with your order. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the item and packaging, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

We ask customers to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have the opportunity to resolve any genuine issue and a replacement or refund will be issued.

Exclusions from Defect Status (Tumbler Air Bubbles)

Please inspect your order upon reception. We only replace items or issue refunds if the product arrives genuinely defective or damaged (such as a cracked outer shell, broken seals, or external washing liquid leaking into the insulated wall).Please note that the following cosmetic and functional characteristics are strictly excluded from our refund and replacement policy:Safety Air Bubbles: The internal air bubble required for thermal liquid expansion in our double-walled tumblers.

Molding Voids: Minor, microscopic air pockets frozen permanently inside solid plastic or glass layers that do not impact structural integrity.
